BOOKING POLICY

The Beauty Getaway asks that you reschedule within 24hrs of your reserved time. This will prevent any cancellation fees. We fully understand that unexpected things happen so please communicate.

You may reschedule your own appointment online via your confirmation link sent upon booking; You may also call or text me (252)375-3861.

If you are unable to reschedule within 24hrs, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. This balance must be paid in order to book any future appointments.

Removing Services at your appointment: This time is reserved just for you. If needing to shorten or remove services - there must be a 24 hour notice for changes. Same day removal services will be charged 100% of the balance.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: the card on file will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. This balance must be paid in order to book any future appointments..

Late Arrival: Clients have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 mins the appointment will be cancelled, & the card on file will be charged 100% of remaining balance. Client will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

Exempt: Due to COVID-19, if you feel sick, or have come into contact with anyone who is sick please reschedule. There is no penalty for COVID-19, or sick related cancellations.

THERE ARE NO GUESTS, nor children ALLOWED; unless being serviced. No Exceptions. We strive for a relaxing getaway for you & all our clients.

*CLIENT MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER to book a Brazilian, Bikini, or Vajacial service.

Remaining Balance must be paid in CARD, CASH, or CONTACTLESS options. Cash App is not accepted.
